Welcome to Sunrise Deluxe Villa, located in a quiet laid-back neighborhood with that Old Florida charm, just a quick drive to Manasota Beach, Venice Pier, Shamrock Park, downtown Venice, shopping plazas & restaurants.

This custom, one-of-a-kind villa is like your own upscale, private resort with wonderful amenities inside and out...

The main attraction of villa is the private outdoor oasis with a heated saltwater pool and a spacious spa. You can control the pool settings (temp, light, water features) with the provided remote control. The pool lights, water features, and waterfall make the patio area feel like a private resort. The patio is completely screened in and has a dining table, TV, pool loungers and sectional couches giving our guests plenty of sitting areas. The villa is surrounded by lash, mature landscaping and an 8FT privacy fence all around.

With over 2,100 sq feet of indoor living space, there is room for everyone.

The modern kitchen features, stone countertops, stainless-steel appliances (induction cooktop, built in microwave, oven, fridge and a beverage cooler), center island with breakfast bar that seats 3, a coffee/tea station and a breakfast nook. There are small appliances like an Air fryer, crockpot, blender and an electric wine opener, wine glasses etc.

The family room has a 65-inch Smart TV equipped with YouTube TV 2 comfy couches, games and books. The large sliding doors provide direct access to the pool.

The formal living room has a sofa and additional sitting. The formal dining room has a large, elegant table and sitting for 6.

The master suite is secluded from the other bedrooms, it has a split King bed with an adjustable base and two separate remote controls, so that each person can choose their favorite sleeping/sitting position. There is even a massage option!!! There are 2 walk-in closets and a spacious master bathroom with double vanity, a soaking tub and a walk-in shower. The large sliding doors leads to the patio/pool area.

The other two bedrooms are located on the right side of the house and share the second bathroom. The second bedroom has a comfy Queen size bed and a spacious closet. The third bedroom has two twin size beds and a large closet.

The second bathroom has a large vanity, a tub/shower combo and a linen closet.

There is a washer and dryer in the laundry room for your use. We provide the detergent.

This was our second time staying at the house, and once again, everything was perfect. Everything is very clean, fully furnished, and very functional. The heated pool and the easy-to-use hot tub made our stay wonderful once again. The host was always very friendly, and check-in was very easy.

This is by far the best vacation rental we've stayed in. We spent one month here andenjoyed every moment of it. This house is gorgeous. A for cleanliness. The pool area isprivate, relaxing and immaculate. Mac and Dorcia are excellent hosts. Called them witha minor issue and they were there to fix immediately. Everything from day one checkingin and checking out went smoothly. This is definitely our go to place and will return nextyear. Thank you, Mac and Dorcia for making our stay the best ever

Love this property! We stayed here 2 years in a row and would happily stay here again. It’s immaculate from a cleanliness perspective. Everything has been thought of in every room kitchen has everything you can possibly need and we cook a lot when on vacation so truly use the kitchen, bedrooms are really comfortable with great bedding, and bathrooms have everything you could possibly need. I often use VRBO to book vacation stays. This was, without a doubt, the nicest, most comfortable, clean, and well stocked home I have ever rented.
