Quiet, cute and affordable!
The place was just as pictured and described! Quiet neighborhood and easy access. Only thing i might recommend is providing instructions for the thermostat as we struggled with programming it.

Can’t say enough about this gem located in a safe residential area. Miraculously clean with the added amenities of a luxury hotel. South Venice Beach is a 15 minute Uber trip away, ($15) and yes that is for a night of entertainment. Not a negative. The beautiful unit is a stairway and a half up from ground level to consider for seniors or others who may have difficulties.

Charming upper level apt. We stayed 5 nites. Giant double shower and vanity, tiny, but very adequate kitchen. Quiet neighborhood. I called 2 different times w a question, the owner ans’d on the 1st ring both times and was responsive. Thank you!!

Had everything we needed including items some of the other Vrbo's didn't have. Bathroom and kitchen soap, wash clothes, coffee and filters. Very quiet being upstairs.

We were very pleasantly supplied with our stay. Everything was very clean, huge shower, comfortable bed, full size laundry. We met Carmen and her husband and they were very nice. We will definitely go back next year.
