It is separate from the owners' home. It features a private entrance and garden bordering fields, and a terrace. Ground floor: Living room with open kitchen, separate toilet.

Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (Bedroom 1 with a double bed (140x190 cm), Bedroom 2 with two single beds (90x190 cm), and Bedroom 3 with a double bed (140x190 cm), and a baby crib. Private bathroom (bathtub and shower), separate toilet.

Outdoors: Private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.

Pets are allowed under certain conditions (the pet must not be left alone in the accommodation. A supplement of €3/pet/night is required. Category 1 and 2 dogs are not allowed.)

From Orléans, take the N152 towards Vennecy, turn right at the town hall stop sign, turn right onto Rue de Villiers at the exit of the village and continue straight to the end (800 m).
