The main lounge has a great wood heater and there is plenty of firewood supplied. Featuring polished timber floorboards, there are comfortable sofas, tv and dvd and split system heating and cooling and lots and lots of books, games etc provided for use. There is a large dining area with seating for 12 located between the lounge and the kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped, it has electric cooking, a microwave and a dishwasher with ample dining settings, glasses etc. for the whole family.

There is a second living area that has another tv and dvd with seating for another 7. Play a game on the soccer table or the multiple indoor and outdoor games available. This second living area has panel electric heating.

There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with one newly renovated. The main bedroom has a queen size bed as well as a small single bed which is only suitable for children. The laundry has a washing machine, ironing board and iron. There is an extra fridge in the laundry. There are portable electric heaters and ceiling fans in all the bedrooms.

The back yard is a good size and fully fenced with an undercover bbq shelter with outdoor setting. A great addition is the outdoor shower.

This is a great family holiday home with lots of games etc, for everyone to enjoy. The perfect location for your next family holiday or weekend getaway. Home has free Wi-Fi.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.

A security deposit of AUD500 is required for all confirmed reservations. This will be processed via an online link 7 days prior to arrival and will be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.
