I use to stay here often and still my go to hotel in Zona Central. It’s a bit worn, but everything works. The city center in undergoing much construction. Many streets closed. It’s an ongoing city project. The guy who works evenings is very friendly. The day girl on Sunday could use an attitude adjustment. Other that that quiet, ac is cold, internet good and plenty of hot water.

Great but desperately needs upgrades

The staff was very kind and friendly. Upfront the hotel looks great. And the breakfast is also wonderful. But the rooms need a lot of work mostly the bathrooms and sinks. They are very rusted and old. Our sink and shower would not drain.

Very convenient location almost everything was within a walking distance. The negative side is that It’s very very noisy. If you don’t mind the noise then this is a good hotel for you.

La atención es muy buena, la ubicación inmejorable, la habitación es pequeña pero para alguien como yo que sólo le interesa llegar a dormir está bien. El detalle es que la cama la sentí algo chica a lo que normalmente sería y lo que sí deben de cambiar son las cortinas, están instaladas unas translúcidas que, cuando amanece, no permite dejar dormir ya que entra de lleno la luz del sol.

La atención del personal es amable, en ningun momento dan mal trato, la habitacion de una cama si es pequeña pero es lo suficientemente necesario para descansar, el baño es amplio. La recomendación que les daria es solicitar el sevicio de limpieza, fueron atentos al dar las amenidades de la habitación, pero se les olvido decirme si pasaban a hacer aseo. Todo esta super cerca y hay varios lugares para comer, me gustó mucho.
