My thoughts

Was just an overnight stay. The hotel is clean and pleasant. Staff is friendly and helpful. Turn 9n the A/C unit and it was noisy. Noticed the front desk and they moved us to another room with a very quiet A/C unit.

Great loc but run down

Great central location but the hotel is run down and very noisy. No caulking around any of the windows so the street noise comes in. Also a very noisy crowd. My room was very small. Good hot water and wifi.

Basic hotel.

This is a very basic hotel I used as a base for 3 nights. None of the staff spoke a word of English, so be prepared to speak Spanish. Tiny rooms but efficient air con (Veracruz is very hot and humid), hot water on demand and clean linen. Not recommended for those seeking any form of luxury, such as being decorated in the last 2 (or 3) decades,toilet cistern cover, air con cover, a lift (4 floors) or breakfast. Perfect for my needs. Maybe not your's.

Estuvo muy bien de acuerdo al precio

Estuvo muy bien la estancia el personal muy amable, solo detalles le fata la puerta del baño no cerraba y habitacion se miraba mas chica de que aparece de las fotos. Pero el precio esta muy economico y todo queda muy cerca del malecon y centro.

las fotos del hotel no tienen que ver absolutamente nada con la realidad, el hotel parece que está cayendo en ruinas como la mayoría de los edificios que están alrededor, pero eso sí, es excelente ubicación. el acceso para personas con capacidades diferentes o ancianos es nula, los escalones están demasiados altos para quienes usan aparatos ortopedicos como bastón o muletas. las chicas cobraron más de lo que se tenía que pagar pero si fueron amables y nos dieron ciertas facilidades para cambiarnos de habitación

Pésimo servicio, muy caro para la porquería que es, recepcionistas malencaradas, la gente de limpieza aventando las cosas, su estacionamiento es caro, no cuenta con teléfono en todas las habitaciones, escaleras sucias, el baño es muy sucio e incómodo, no lo recomiendo en absoluto

Me gusto la limpieza y la atención del personal, la ubicación del hotel, no me gustó que no tuvímos servicio de televisión y el clima se apagaba, ademas de que hay que subir escaleras aunque ya está uno grande lo envían hasta el segundo piso

Hotel Mallorca Veracruz, Ver.

Hotel Mallorca, muy buen hotel, buen servicio, amables todos los empleados, ubicado en excelente lugar cerca del Malecón turístico, muy céntrico. La habitación muy bien, muy buen acondicionador de aire, tranquilidad total. Dos restaurante con menú del día y a la carta, por si no quieres salir puedes comer muy sabroso ahí mismo. El transporte a todas las zonas pasa por ahí, es muy económico y de acuerdo al precio es un excelente hotel familiar!! Con mucho gusto volveré a hospedarme ahí. Lo recomiendo totalmente!!

No me hospedé porque a pesar de llevar mi reservación de expedia no me la respetaron y querían cobrar el triple por la habitación. Ni me dieron una explicación solo dijeron sí quieres la habitación cuesta 600, porque tú reservacion por 250 no la encontramos.

Hotel modesto y en un lugar estratégico del puerto

Principalmente lo mejor fue el precio, el hotel esta muy céntrico, las condiciones del hotel están bien en función al precio, tiene lo justo y necesario para descansar, dormir y bañarte. la habitación contaba con aire acondicionado funcionando muy bien, ducha con agua caliente, televisión mediana. ademas el personal fue muy atento y bien anfitrión, si usted va de paseo al puerto con poco presupuesto este hotel es muy buena opción. cerca de los principales puntos turístico, tiendas y restaurantes.

Me encanto que todo esta cerca. A unos pasos malecon,zocalo,mercado de artesanias. El centro, a unas cuadras. El precio queda bien con las habitaciones y establecimiento.
