Muy buena ubicación. Sin embargo, la habitación es demasiado pequeña, no muy cómoda. No tenían la reservación cuando llegamos y el WiFi no funcionaba. Sin embargo el persona es muy amable a pesar.

El lugar estaba sucio, la atención del personal muy mala y el ambiente desagradable desde el inicio. Para colmo, a la 1:30 de la madrugada tenían la música a todo volumen, lo cual hizo imposible descansar. No lo recomiendo en absoluto.

Solo que el hotel está sobre una avenida muy transitada por autobuses, camiones, turisbus, todo lo cual hace la ubicación muy ruidosa.. obvio es comprensible ya que es zona centro histórico y semana santa.. por demás, todo bien.

Es un hotel céntrico y cómodo, desgraciadamente el aire acondicionado es muy viejito y hace demasiado ruido, para nuestra suerte estaba fresca la noche por el norte. Las instalaciones son cómodas en general, pero nada extraordinario. En relación calidad-precio creo que está bastante bien. P.D: La atención de parte del personale es muy buena y atenta

El internet es muy estable, se siente muy tranquilo y muy privado, televisión con cable muy bueno, el colchón es lo único que no me gustó está muy duro lo sentí inclinado, asimismo me agrado el trato son muy flexibles el personal me sentí agusto.
