Hot tub Sept-June (hot tub closed July/Aug), King size bed, AC & Fireplace.

The Suite Spot is best suited for 2 adults/1 child as the sofa bed is a double.

The Suite Spot is a self contained, modern, above ground suite with parking. It has its own entrance, garden/bbq area with a covered hot tub facing west to enjoy the sunsets, snow fall and the mountain view.
It is VERY sound proof so you will likely not hear us at all and should not be concerned if you arrive late.

We are located in the beautiful foothills of Vernon on the way to Silver Star Resort and Sovereign Lake cross country skiing.

The Suite Spot is approx. 10 mins to down town Vernon restaurants/entertainment and approx. 15 mins to Ski Resorts, Kin Beach and Kalamalka Lake.

We are an easy drive from Kelowna Airport, just 40mins away.

Access to the apartment is down some outside steps, with hand rail, from your parking spot ~ very well lit!
There is an in suite fireplace for wintertime and central heating/air conditioning for our entire home, which also services the suite for the summertime.

We stayed for 4 nights and got in a couple of days of skiing at Silver Star. Great location, only 15 minutes from the hill, and excellent accommodations. The hot tub was a perfect end to a couple of spring skiing days!

Comfortable & convenient for Silverstar & Sovereign Skiing

The Suite Spot was a comfortable and convenient accommodation for cross country skiing at Silverstar and Sovereign Lake. The suite is well equipped and has a view across the hills. We appreciated the seasonal decorations and the little fireplace.Silverstar and Sovereign Lake are a short drive up the road and several groceries and restaurants are just minutes away. We'll stay again.

Quiet & comfortable

We found the suite quiet & comfortable. Most of our activities were up at Silverstar which was a 15-20 minute drive away but this location was much more affordable than anything you can find closer to the ski hill. We made a few visits to the hot tub and were not disturbed. The absolute only negative thing I can think to say is there was no paper towels in the kitchen (which I'm sure they would have supplied had we asked). We will return here should we come back to Vernon. Cheers, Brendon.

The suite was clean, comfortable and well set up. Being 15 minutes from skiing, it could use more hooks to hang wet gloves and hats etc, but that is a minor point! Great place and thoughtful responsive host. Highly recommended!
