THE CONDO:

Located alongside the Great Gorge Golf Course, this 2-bedroom (top floor BR is a loft) 2-bathroom condo is sure to please. You will appreciate the amazing views of the golf course, the fall foliage, winter blankets of snow, wildlife, and amazing sunsets from the living room windows or while lounging on the deck. Add a glass of wine from one of the many local wineries, or a craft beer from local breweries and you will never want to leave. One of the many luxuries this condo offers, not found in many rentals, is this unit's SPA like master bathroom complete with a Jacuzzi Tub and a large shower with not only one shower head but additional body sprayers! Again, you will never want to leave!

Arrival is between 3 pm and 10 pm

Departure is by 11 am

Bedroom 1: is up the spiral staircase in the loft, Queen-size bed, TV, 2 chairs and a large SPA bathroom with several shower sprayers. It also has a 65-inch TV!

Living Room area has 20 ft high vaulted ceilings, a Smart 65-inch TV (Roku), sofa bed, coffee table, and 2 bar stools for kitchen island.
Dining Room area has a table with 4 chairs and sliding doors to the deck with views of the golf course and mountains. The deck has a few chairs and a coffee table

THE COMMUNITY:

This condo resides in the resort community of Great Gorge Village in Vernon NJ that has its own chair lift that is part of the Mountain Creek Ski Resort.

THE LOCATION:

Vernon Township is located in Sussex County New Jersey, USA. It is located about 1 hour from New York City and was established on April 8, 1793. Iron mining was prevalent during the mid-to-late 19th century. Mines such as Canister Mine, Williams Mine, and the Pochuck Mine created industry which spawned local businesses and brought rail travel to the town.

Today Vernon and the immediate area is an outdoor lover’s paradise. Here you will find a landscape consisting of residential and resort communities, farmland, apple orchards, pumpkin patches, bird watching, barns, horse farms and stables, lakes, fishing, and just so much natural beauty. The famous Appalachian Trail (AT) even runs through it! You will be amazed on what you will find only 1 hour outside of New York City.

Our cleaners are instructed to clean and sanitized between each guest. This includes all high touch areas like light switches and handles. We take our guests safety seriously. We offer a contactless check-in procedure using lock boxes.

IDEAL GUESTS

We rent to responsible families and a group of responsible adults who are ALL 21 years of age or older. Any group of individuals will need to list each guest and their ages. We have the right to ask for a driver's license at any time.

The bed and bed frames cannot be moved
The furniture cannot be moved
No extra mattresses can be brought into nor used inside the rental
No gathering just outside the rental except for the deck and even then, it's just for the # of people the unit is listed as sleeping.
You must be able to climb about 20 steps to get to this condo
You just be able to open up a manual lock box
The person who booked the unit is the only one who can get a gate pass.
If you will have 2 cars which is the max amt # of cars allowed, you must tell us right after you book the condo
