I’ve stayed in $300 plus rooms in my life and have had my feet dirty from carpet. This place I felt like I could eat off the floor. Everything is spotless. The owners are laid-back. The views just feet away with a private beach area for your sunsets and sunrises were a definite unexpected touch. Highly recommended to all my family and friends when they visit now.

We had an absolutely lovely stay at the Davis House Inn. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is great. It's walking distance to several restaurants. The staff is friendly and attentive. We will definitely be back.

Between the two main roads in Sebastian you get a nice quiet street where you can sit outside and unwind, while at the same time being in easy walking distance from all there is to see and do in Sebastian. The rooms are spacious and clean and well appointed for a relaxing stay. They have a private pier where guests can fish, sip coffee while watching a sunrise, or watch dolphins chasing a meal. Kayaks and bicycles are available for guests to use too. There is a tiki deck with a gas grill for guests to use with a pretty koi pond next to it . The grounds are well kept. Staff: primarily it's the owner, Kyle, doing everything he can to make your stay enjoyable. He does it all: desk clerk, room cleaner, maintenance man and more. We stayed for 10 nights and the only bad thing was that our vacation was over and it was time to go back to the daily grind. While we were there, we were thoroughly relaxed, felt safe and comfortable the whole time. Davis House Inn will be our go-to vacation accommodations in Sebastian from now on. We love it there.

Well tended, very convenient location, manager could not be more accommodating, sitting on the dock had great views of the sunset, accommodations had a warm "homey" feel as opposed to cold efficiency of cookie cutter motels.

Amazing stay!

We booked for a friend’s wedding that was in the area, and getting to the hotel a little later than planned was worried we were not going to be able to check in. However, Kyle was already on it. We checked into our beautiful king room and was blown away with how pretty it was. It was stocked with everything we needed, plus some. The best part was, we could walk everywhere we needed to from this location as well. If we’re visiting the area, we will definitely be booking here again.
