Staff nice. Issues...breakfast. 1) no juice options 2) cereal all sugary kid cereal ( no Cheerios or raisin bran) healthier options. Rooms.. bathroom door did not close unless slammed. Could not figure out why neighbors kept slamming their door. Outlets.. only 1 on one side of the bed. Air conditioner extremely loud and right next to your head while sleeping. Bed was small for a queen, we have 1 at home and their was no space at all between us and it squeaked with every move. Maybe a box spring would help with that. Afraid to move all night as it would wake us both up. Ice machines all broken, luckily was able to get a small bag at office. Office only open until 9pm. Odd for a hotel if their is an issue. Glad it was marked down through Travelocity. If I had paid full price I would have been extremely upset. You can hear everything everyone says outside of your door. Was going to book another night as we had friends nearby, but after 1 night of no sleep...no thank you!

It was a great stay as usual. It was my wife and I Anniversary and we we booked to have the Ocean View, but that was closed for renovations so we had to jist take a regular room.. only wished they would have reached out a week or 2 before our stay, so if there were any other Ocean view hotel options nearby, we wouldve had time to adjust. But otherwise we cant complain.

End of summer getaway

The room was big and had plenty of room to move around. Also the breakfast bar was set up very neatly and was fresh. Just a few things that stuck out..

Overall the stay was quite good, not amazing but it was good for the price and location. The parking situation is strange, the parking is very limited which is understandable, but you have only 7" 3' overhead clearance when leaving the parking lot and the quarters are quite tight to navigate.

Do not recommend

The only thing good and as advertised about this hotel is the beach access. The front desk staff isn't very friendly, the pool is pretty sad, didn't see anybody using it all week. The rooms are a bit old and dingy, in particular the draers had a horrible smell, the bathroom was in very poor condition and not cleaned properly, found some hair clumps on the wall even. Also, if you want to leave a day early, even with more than 24 hours notice, that isn't going to work here. I believe their policy was a 7-day notice for any change. So if you get there and you don't like it, you're stuck paying. The view from the ocean-side rooms is very nice, I can say that at least, and the access to the beach is very convenient. But for my money, I would stay somewhere else and simply visit the open beach access park which is just about a block down the road. The price is tempting for the area, but I still think it's far too much for the quality of the rooms and overall hospitality.

Enjoyed the stay very much, location is great, used the pool and enjoyed the breakfast. The air conditioning is really loud at night making it a little tough to sleep at times, otherwise we had no issues and would stay here again on our next visit to Vero.

This is a wonderful hotel! My wife and I loved our week here. We had an ocean view room and it was very comfortable. We loved the small kitchenette with a full sized fridge! The staff and the cleanliness of the hotel were incredible. The turndown service was exceptional! It was like a new room every day when we got home. The buildings may be a bit dated based on more contemporary styling expectations, but you will be VERY happy here!

This property is right on the beach with a very short walk to the ocean. While located near only a few restaurants, getting around Vero Beach by car is relatively easy. The daily breakfast was convenient but not very interesting and never really changed throughout the week.

My daughter and I stayed in a lovely 3rd floor studio with a balcony overlooking the beach. The early sun rising over the ocean waves was stunning. The king bed was so comfortable and the place was very clean. We would stay there again. My only minor issue was the smallish parking lot, but still a great value!
