Here you will live on the upper floor of a house where there is also an apartment for rent. At the other end of the house you will find a large and beautiful covered balcony where you can enjoy warm summer evenings or seek shade on sunny days. In the house you will find a large kitchen and living room in open plan. Two bedrooms, one of which has a double bed and the other two single beds, toilet and separate shower you live only 400 meters from the lake. There you will also find the boat, which is included in the rent. There is also a motor that you can rent from the house owner. There is also a wood-fired sauna right on the beach.

Here you are close to many attractions in Småland. For example, within reasonable distance for a day trip are Astrid Lindgren's World and the beautiful Vimmerby, Glasriket with its many glassworks and art glass cabins, as well as the larger city of Jönköping and nearby Gränna. The house is located on the edge of the beautiful and picturesque Stenberga outside Vetlanda. Here you can find everything from a summer café to a grocery store open all year round. In Vetlanda, almost 3 km away, you will find a wide range of stores, restaurants and other services.
