The villa is near the village’s centre with all convenience stores (bakery, grocery store, restaurants, pharmacy, doctor). Water sports are an 800m walk. The city of Annecy is accessible by bike via the bike path. Parapente, riding and Golf in Talloires within 5 km. Veyrier du Lac has 2200 inhabitants and is situated at the sunny side of Lake Annecy.



Please note: The first-floor bedrooms offer a refreshing system for the summer. The garden level may be occasionally occupied by the owner's son, and an independent studio is located at the backside of the villa. There's a small road below the house with minimal traffic, perceptible from the terrace due to passing vehicles (max speed: 30 km/h). Two adult-sized bikes are available, and the lake is easily accessible on foot during the summer.
