Great property and fantastic views. Easy key collection procedure. We had a lovely relaxing week here aside from a few unfortunate set backs. 1- the fridge was faulty when we arrived which was worrying as we had meat and dairy to store. Staff kindly brought a small one for us to use the next day. 2- we couldn’t use the barbecue until we waited for cleaning as it hadn’t been cleaned after previous guests. Cleanliness of the properly was generally not as good as we’d hoped. 2- we suffered a power cut midway through the week and tried to contact reception ( closed ) and we tried the ‘emergency number’ several times in the evening and the bar staff and neighbours also tried it with no success so we spent the evening and night in total darkness which made the kids uneasy. Couldn’t charge phones and also the fridge and freezer naturally stopped working which had meats and dairy in there. Thankfully a super kind neighbour brought over some candles and matches and we were able to use the bathrooms during the evening and night.

- Kaffeemaschine mit Kapseln
- Möglichkeit, die Heizkörper (Radiatoren) des Hauses selber einstellen zu können (waren teilweise überhitzt)
- Bei der Buchung der Unterkunft sollten zwei gedeckte Parkplätze, inkl. Skiboxes, im Parkhaus des Hotel Chalet Royal im Vermietungs-Angebot inbegriffen sein.
