Single-family house located on the old Amorosa road in front of the beach.
Recently remodeled, it has a large ground floor where the kitchen, pantry, bathroom, dining room and living room with fireplace are located. On the upper floors there are 4 bedrooms, one with a private bathroom, balcony and a complete bathroom.

The villa also has parking for several cars and two outdoor spaces. At the entrance there is a small garden and covered terrace, with sea views and connection to the living room. At the back there is a porch, terrace and barbecue.

Located approximately 200 meters from the beach, it also has quick access to all types of services and commerce.
