Old 19th century mill in the heart of the pretty village of Vibrac, fully renovated in 2020.
On the ground floor: entrance with the mill, its water wheels, laundry area.
On the 1st floor:
Entrance hall, WC, living room with lounge area, dining room with fitted kitchen, access to the covered terrace, 1 bedroom with queen size bed and en suite double showeroom.
On the 2nd floor:
2 bedrooms, each with a king size bed 180 x 200 (or 2 beds 90x200), a bathroom with WC.
Covered Patio with plancha and hammock. Canoe available.
Pellet stove.
TV, wifi.
Public parking.
Wine cellar where you can purchase products from the Family Estate (Wines, Pineaux, Cognacs)
