Independent bathroom (ground floor). Reversible air conditioning. Independent entry with a private garden and a pool. High-speed internet, fiber optic (+500 Mbps)Near Beach (Aresquiers) and Gardiole Hill. Convenience stores and free public parking with 2 charging stations for electric cars nearby.
