What a beautiful mansion ! The room were so spacious and the decor is just outstanding ! I would love to come back ! If I could say the breakfast could be a little more elaborate .. but this is just a detail ! We absolutely loved this place and recommend it !
VÀldigt charmigt och fint stÀlle. Stort, fint rum och jÀtteskön sÀng. Fantastisk frukost. Litet kök dÀr man fick ta kaffe, lÀsk mm. Enda minus var att det var svÄrt att fÄ kontakt vid incheckning.
The room is clean, safe and quiet. The breakfast is excellent and the house looks marvelous and well kept. Our host Noelle is charming and very knowledgeable about the house. She is an excellent cook and a host. She cares about us and caters to our needs.
Stunning house with the most gorgeous stained glass windows and incredible breakfast! We stayed at 3 different places in Vicksburg and this was our favorite. We stayed in the King Louis suite. The bed was big and comfortable, the room was huge. Thereâs a huge sitting area outside of the rooms as well. They served shrimp and grits for breakfast and some type of bread pudding type thing with apples in it maybe? And I wish I had asked for the recipe for the toast. The toast had Parmesan cheese or something on it with herbs and was crusted to perfection. Better food than any other restaurants we went to there. Next time this is the only place we will stay. Loved it!
We had a lovely one night stay. Wish it could have been longer. The owner and host were friendly and helpful. The historical building had many beautiful nooks and crannies. Our room was spacious and the bed was cozy and comfortable. Breakfast by Noelle was amazing! We felt very spoiled!
Sadly we only got to stay one night in this beautiful house! Itâs obviously the best bnb just as the website mentions. Itâs hard to believe that a house thatâs over 100 years old is so well maintained and has so many modern conveniences. The bathroom had plenty of hot water in the beautiful shower and mini split in our room worked great. The breakfast was delicious and our hostess was delightful. If we return to Vicksburg we will definitely plan on staying here again!
Although we were only here one night, it was a fabulous stay! Noelle was wonderful. The bed was super comfortable and loved the homey-ness of the place! We definitely will stay here again!
This is my second time staying at Oak Hall, a beautifully restored 3-story home in an historic neighborhood that is a few minutes from I-10, downtown Vicksburg, and the Mississippi. The house is gorgeous--natural wood, stained glass, high ceilings--and the decor & furniture are both period appropriate and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning is tasty and enhanced by the quality of the conversation with other guests. Overall a quality and luxurious lodging experience with breakfast for less than the price of a Hilton Garden Inn or Courtyard by Marriott. Highly recommended.
Very nice facility with a great staff. Unfortunately we did not get to experience all it had to offer as there was a power outage in the area. One of the owners, Elizabeth was kind enough to refund our stay without being prompted. This is truly great customer service. Would highly recommend Oak Hall BnB
It was a beautiful historic setting. The interior and furnishings were also historic and beautiful. The woman who cooked our breakfast for us was very friendly. She was the owner and told us all about her beautiful bed and breakfast. My daughter and I enjoyed it so much.
A beautiful and historic house, Oak Hall was comfortable and spotless! All the decorating details were perfect. We look forward to staying there again when weâre back in town.
