This one of a kind Mid Century Modern suite is centrally located and features unique contemporary architecture, 2 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 4 guests. The suite combines modern style with traditional elements of mid-century influence. Escape to the private backyard that features a green space, outdoor furniture, a BBQ and a fire bowl. The suite is set up to offer short or longer term stays.

Pet Friendly Suite: 1 well behaved dog is welcome to stay.

This one of a kind Mid Century Modern suite is centrally located and features unique contemporary architecture, 2 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 4 guests.

Centrally located, this suite is close to Royal Roads, Bear Mountain, shopping, restaurants and all major amenities. Local transportation includes Uber and Taxis; a major bus route is steps away from the driveway. Langford is approximately 30 minutes away from downtown Victoria. The suite is set up to offer short or longer term stays.

The City of Langford is a bustling community nestled in the foothills of Mount Finlayson. Langford is one of the several West Shore municipalities.

Located on a regular bus route there is no shortage of transportation to get around. Parking is free and easy access to the local stops and destination from here

Pet Policy:
There is an additional $150 charge for a pet to stay in the suite. When completing your booking, be sure to select the pet option to include the pet fee.

If your pet joins you during your stay (1 dog only), do not leave your dog unattended in the home or on the property, no dogs on the beds or on the furniture. Please pick up all pet waste from the yard. There will be an additional charge of $250 if pet waste is not picked up.

The suite may not be suitable for guests with mobility restrictions

No smoking, vaping, or cannabis use in the house or on the property

Noise bylaws are in effect between 10pm til 7am, please respect the neighbours

Possible Considerations
Overall we were happy with our stay at this property. The location was in the middle of all that we had to visit and do in the area. As we are short term rental owners we believe that feedback makes things better, so here is what could be improved upon: WiFi was almost non existent. We couldn't use our devices and the tv kept kicking us off every half hour. A stronger signal is an easy fix. The unit could use more kitchen utensils for making meals. The unit is stocked with only a few essentials to make small meals which did not serve our week long stay very well. The unit is noisy from the street traffic which didn't seem to die out. It could use more sound barriers in the yard (greenery) There was pieces of a vacuum system but we couldn't use it because the steel hose was not there. This made cleaning difficult in a space that required a daily vacuum because of the pine needles that came in from outside. That was annoying because I like to treat my stay as if I was the owner and I like to keep it clean. We had no idea that this unit was attached to what seemed like a business. If we had known this we would never have rented it due to its lack of privacy. This was not evident on the booking page. Although we were there when the business owners were away there was a person coming daily to the front door to pick up mail. I specifically book through VRBO because they are known for entire unit rentals. This unit is not that.
