I’ve stayed at many different Hawthorne Suites locations and this one was right up there. The room was awesome, the building was peaceful and the complementary breakfast was good!

Everything was great until the last evening when there were people on the floor above us and they were so loud and they were jumping around and it sounded like someone up there was moving furniture because we would hear this loud boom sound that kept waking us up. I didn’t sleep at all. They were so loud. I’ve stayed here before and nvr had any complaints it’s always been pleasant until yesterday evening and until early this morning.

Staff was rude and unfriendly Room was not clean considering they talk about all the clean for Covid Couch was nasty carpet was nasty bathroom floor had cracked tiles and the floor was not cleaned properly
