Incredible room with washer/dryer which was a huge plus. Located 150 yards from the exceptional Vienna subway to get you anywhere quickly. Only drawback is it is a mile away from bars and restaurants so you have to take subway or Uber. Definitely not a central location.

Everything about this stay was excellent. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The whole place is ' just done right' rooms are very comfortable and kitted out to a very high standard. The outdoor heated pool is amazing with views over the danube River. Would totally recommend

The room was very clean. The linens on the bed were wonderful. The housekeeping staff and supervisors were amazing. The hotel lobby staff were so helpful and so kind. The only downfall was the weird way the entry was. Taxis, bringing me home had difficulty figuring out where to drop me off and I was actually dropped off on the road a couple of times. I liked the layout of the room. We had a view of the plaza between hotels. The only major downfall was trying to figure out the heater for the towels. When I wasn't using it, it would come on when I wanted to use it we couldn't figure out how to turn it on. The washer dryer combo was confusing too, and it was a bit startling when it showed that it was going take four hours to do a load of laundry. The cottons were pretty wrinkly, but everything else was just fine. I think they should leave instructions on how to use the washer as the instructions there were german and even with the translator it was difficult. Their generosity with the coffee pods, the milk and the sugar was amazing. They also have a wonderful card entry system. Not once did I have to get them to replace the card like we have to do in north america. I felt very safe in this hotel.

We only used the room facilities and the reception staff for queries. They communicated well and were very helpful. The room was extremly clean and very well equipped for anything we would need. Personal touches such as putting a christmas stocking on our door for our child with chocolates was a very nice touch. The signage could be better when entering the hotel from the street but we already gave that feedback at reception and they said it is being reviewed as the building is new there will always be teething issues. Uber drivers get confused with the new building and area but reception can help you to book an uber with a specific google location code.

Room was spotless, had oven, dishwasher, washer all really good order. What I was not aware of was this was in the business district so if you were not 15-20mins away in town, there were very little eating places. Also, this lovely place with a pool has different sides of the building. If you're lucky you look out onto danube, if not, a building site. Staff are lovely.

Odada yemek yapabileceğiniz materyaller yeterli, minik bir bulaşık makineniz, fırınınız ve hatta çamaşır makineniz var. Oda temiz, yatak oldukça rahat, wellnes hijyenikti. Rezervasyonu expedia üzerinden yaptığımız için resepsiyonun binanın 5. Katında olduğu bilgisini almadık, giriş katta epey beklemek durumunda kaldık. Binanın otoparkını bulmak biraz karmaşık, taksiciler bulmakta çok zorlandı. Şehir merkezine tramvayla birkaç durak, genel olarak her yere kolayca ulaşabilirsiniz. Tuna nehri manzaralı sıcak havuz eşsizdi. Teşekkürler.

Room was great. Location perfect for me, and right next to a metro station. Lobby location a bit inconvenient. Restaurant subpar. Wifi dropped for a day while I was there (but fixed the next day). Loud clanging noises could be heard from my room (122) throughout my stay.

Room is clean and beautiful! Terasse is stunning with a great view and small infinity pool! Very strategically located near the metro which is perfect, you’re in center city in 15minutes! The only caveat I have is that the lobby is very on the fifth floor and there’s no security at night.
