Perfect location

The location of this property was ideal for our situation, as we wanted to be very close to the trains. buses and Stephansplatz. The apartment was exactly as advertised and the owner always replied promptly to messages prior to the trip, and was waiting for us when we arrived. If you stay here, just be aware that the main lobby of the building is deceiving. It is clean, but not what you would expect for a residential building, which it is not. It is a mix of residential and commercial. With some updating, the common areas of the building would look pretty decent. Other than that, everything is very clean and secure and we always felt safe. We would definitely stay there again.

Great location in the heart of Vienna!

This place is perfect location wise. You can walk to St Stephens cathedral and the old Town. Restaurants are all close by. U Bahn stop is right outside. A quick ride and your at Schonbrunn palace. Walk to the Danube river. Peter met us and gave us a nice orientation. OK the only slight negative is that it is noisy at night since there is a fast food place by the U Bahn stop right outside your window. But some cheap ear plugs will remedy that. Definitely worth a stay!

Perfect location in Vienna

Older clean and well equipped apartment in a good location

This is an older apartment but it is nicely kept, well equipped and very clean. There is a grocery store and delightful bakeries within a short walk. The location relative to public transportation and the old town center is good. The subway stop from the main train station is right out the front door of the building and in a 10 minute walk you will be standing in front of St. Stephen's cathedral. The property owner was very pleasant and helpful. The street noise outside the apartment might be the only negative but we found the positives to far outweigh that.

Perfectly located.

This studio apartment is perfectly located at Schwedenplatz, which is a transportation hub. Although we like to walk and did so a lot, two underground lines plus the tram allowed us to get everywhere we needed to with a pass. The platz is lined with cafes, bakeries, and street food for a quick getaway in the morning and a late night snack after the opera. The apartment is safe, quiet, and fully fitted out. The bathroom is simple, the shower a little tight. Peter met us on arrival and was very helpful. We loved this apartment.

Great location

Place was exactly as advertised in photos. There was plenty of room and great wi-fi. The best part was the location. The metro stop was right out the front door. On the street there were plenty of restaurants and a grocery store. The museums and historic buildings were within a 10 minute walk.

Peter nous attendait Ă  l'appartement Ă  notre arrivĂ©e. Il a trĂšs gentiment rĂ©pondu Ă  nos questions. L'appartement est conforme Ă  la description, il est bien agencĂ© et vraiment trĂšs bien placĂ©. Le centre-ville est Ă  quelques minutes Ă  pied et le mĂ©tro est juste en face de l'immeuble. Cependant, le matelas n'est pas trĂšs bon et l'appartement est trĂšs bruyant, surtout la nuit (route et mĂ©tro juste en face de la fenĂȘtre prĂšs du lit).

Sudio bien aménagé pour passer quelques jours à Vienne

Le studio est conforme au descriptif et aux photos, propre, en bon état, bien équipé et suffisamment spacieux pour un couple passant quelques jours à Vienne. Les 2 matelas équipant le grand lit ne sont pas trÚs confortables. L'appartement est bien situé, juste aux abords de la vielle ville, métro et tram aux pieds de l'immeuble. Deux supermarchés sont proches. La wi-fi fonctionne bien. Monsieur Amberger (trÚs sympathique) nous attendait dans l'appartement à notre arrivée. Le studio surplombe la place Swedenplatz trÚs animée et bruyante, tÎt le matin et tard en soirée (forte circulation de tramways et d'automobiles). Le double-vitrage de la grande baie vitrée ne permet pas d'atténuer suffisamment les nuisances sonores (boules Quies pour oreilles sensibles) Mi-septembre il faisait trÚs chaud dans le studio.
