Their AC did not work and they did NOT offer any solution. Not even another room. We just got an attitude from their manager for asking for a solution for a room that was 29 degrees Celsius.

We stayed at the hotel for five days in June 2025. I have to say the location was fantastic and the friendliness of the hotel staff was second to none! I highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a city centre hotel!

5 stars to breakfast team, attentive & personal services to their needs. Bad services to housekeeping, 10days stay, no cleaning services for almost 7 days as we leave room around 12noon even we told the team or reception in person, we came back with filled garbage bin & coffee machine, empty shower gel, no refill on tea bags, coffee tablet.. feel so tired need to chase every day while we leave hotel and back from town

A very quiet hotel in the heart of Vienna, Austria, within 5 minute walk of St Steven’s Cathedral. Plenty of restaurant & shopping options also nearby. The hotel staff is very friendly, and exceptionally helpful. The included breakfast was more than adequate. A great value for the price. We would not hesitate to visit this hotel again.
