The entrance looks more like an apartment building and not like a hotel. So the check in area is deceptive, the one person staff almost around the clock are very nice, quite efficient and ready to help. The room was large and comfortable with a nice nespresso machine. The location is in the center of the old town, 2 min walk to st Stephen’s.

A warm and wonderful start to a Christmas holiday
We liked this hotel more every day through our five day stay. It presents a modest appearance but offers exceptional comfort and hospitality. The staff were especially friendly and helpful. I was charmed to be offered warm punch and holiday cookies in the afternoon. Even better was to find a fresh pot of herbal tea (with little pitchers of honey and rum) in the lounge when we came in from a cold walk. The room was very comfortable. We appreciated having two arm chairs and a smart TV (something we didn't find in two other hotels on this trip). And the location is excellent on a quiet street just a few minutes walk to very good restaurants and attractions.

The staff are great! I felt very special! Hotel is clean and location is perfect, 5 minutes walk to the Cathedral and shopping. Thank you to YULIA, MESSADI, BENEDECT, and ISRAEL!!! Very warm and friendly staff. I recommend this place and I would return when I get another chance!
