We stayed here with my 70-year old parents and 11-year old daughter and it was absolutely fabulous. If anything, you need to stay here for the breakfast! But it is located about a 3-minute walk from the Praterstern Bahnhof. It is slightly away from downtown, but only by a nice 30-minute walk, or you can take the underground lines to see the downtown sites. Rooms were wonderful, atmosphere was spectacular, plenty of dining options, and the staff were wonderful! I fully recommend this hotel and plan on staying here in the future. And again, we all kept thinking about that breakfast. It was wonderful!

This hotel was superior. Rooms, service, amenities and the best breakfast! Wish we could have the option to travel with this hotel everywhere we go! We are booking next year stay here as well. Five stars! Would rate a 10+! Highly recommended. You will be glad to stayed here. Convenient location too.

Everything was wonderful. Good wifi, A/C, location, comfortable bed. The best aspect was the friendliness of the staff from the cleaners, breakfast people, checking, manager, and email responders, everybody was super friendly and competent. I will definitely stay here when I visit Vienna again and have no hesitation to recommend it to family and friends.

Pros: Awesome breakfast buffet!
Cons: description of beds. it was off. never would have been comfortable for 4.
Location: Close to transportation. A longish walk to the old town city center, but public transit easy to use when we got tired of walking.
Lovely staff and awesome breakfast buffet. Helpful and friendly staff. English good enough for all practical purposes!
