The hotel is near downtown. Plenty of restaurants near by. The area is quiet. The hotel seems newer. Everything was clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating which made our stay easy and enjoyable. Thank you!

The hotel is well located, the staff is polite and helpful, the rooms are spacious and clean. There is a well sized breakfast room and a nice, broad central courtyard with a garden. A pleasant stay.

Close to Train Station and Subway line

Easy walk from Hauptbahnhof. Just far away you don't hear the trains. Room was spacious and had lots of storage. In room minibar refrigerator and nice selections for the tea kettle. Breakfast buffet is available. Includes scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon and selection of meats and cheeses, fruits, yogurt, breads, coffee, juice , cereals. Easy walk to U1 line and other public transport to city center and tourist locations.

No air-conditioning in the room which made the room hot at night, even in the midst of autumn/winter. This is despite the hotel page indicating that there is air conditioning available. Room was basic, with basic amenities provided such as towels and coffee/tea. Beds were comfortable.

NO AIR CONDITIONING

NO AIR CONDITIONING! We stayed 3 miserable nights at this hotel. It was extremely hot in the room and in the entire building. There is a ac unit in the room but did not work. When I contacted the front desk the staff was rude and unhelpful. The hotel turned off the ac for the entire building and we were not informed of this. If I had known of their policy I would not have booked this stay.
