We had a lot of problems, blood on the sheets which we complained about amongst many other things and were given cleaners cupboard code to change the sheets! Shower you couldn’t stand under unless you stood next to the boiler and filled the boiler with water, you had to hold the head and spray yourself. Not good having an open boiler next to the shower where water could get in. Broken lamps, half of lamp bulbs not working, filthy plug sockets In kitchen, bit of wooden floor missing, holes in the walls next to the curtain poles. Work surface unfinished and holes in it. Filthy under the beds my daughter who has never had an allergy ever couldn’t stop sneezing in the property.. Radiator thermostats missing and cold and unable to adjust the temperature. Bed assembled incorrectly first night v uncomfortable had to rearrange all the slats some upside down. Paint missing and looked very scrappy in the bathroom. Given multiple key safe codes to get keys and to replace after stay when we went to check out they had all been removed from website/app, rang and what’s apped all numbers and no answer so checkout took ages and stressful as told you would get charged if you didn’t replace the keys but you couldn’t,. Minimal facilities, not even a tea towel! Not enough mugs for 6 of us. No where to have a meal together. Looked like a student accommodation. We will not be going back. Tried to complain on the VRBO app and no where to do this. Very poor response to complaints while there.
