This hotel is highly recommended. Unfortunately, the supermarket, shopping mall, and restaurants in the same building are closed on Sundays. However, the metro station outside the building is very convenient for getting around the rest of the town.

Modern hotel, great location

Lovely, brand-new feeling, modern hotel. The included breakfast is fantastic and beats out most normal hotel breakfast offerings in the US. The location is ideal—steps from the subway which takes you to the old town, walking distance to Schönbrunn. The bunk beds worked out well for our friend trip—power outlets by each bed, comfortable beds. Highly recommend! They provide an all-in-one shampoo/soap in the bathroom.

Place was very convenient just few steps to Meidling train station. Hotel is modern, clean, staffs are friendly. There’s a shopping mall, food court and supermarket connected to the hotel . It was a very satisfying experience.

Recommended Hotel near Schonbrunn Palace.

Modern hotel. Great breakfast with lots of varieties and hot items.Nice and spacious breakfast/dining room.Tables clean up fast so there is always an empty table available even though it's busy in the end of August. Receptionist at the front desk are all courteous and helpful. The 1 thing I want to improve is to add more countertop/table top. There was not enough table top to put things for 2 people. . Otherwise it's a perfect hotel. Shopping mall in the same building and subway station within steps. Walking to Schonbrunn Palace was about 15mins max. Also close to the Science and Technology Museum.

The hotel is very clean and in in very good condition. Rooms are as advertised in the photographs. Staff at the reception was very kind to help us with all our needs. The only negative thing was the attention from staff in the restaurant. Very unpleasant service, especially in the evenings.

We had a 4 day stay and had a great time.This is a modern hotel which is next to a train station U4 thus, you can reach all the major destinations by just hopping on and off the trains and avoid too much walking. The free breakfast buffet is also awesome. For a family of 4 like ours, this is a huge saving. It is also attached to a mall so there are groceries and restaurants you can just go to. I can definitely recommend this hotel to whoever comes to Vienna for a visit.

Liked the clean beds, bathrooms, modern decor, and location, location!! Right next to a shopping mall with a supermarket to buy groceries/water/beer, etc. Also, walking distance to a laundry mat if you need to wash/dry your stuff. Walking distance to the Schonbrunn Palace and great restaurants. Will return.

Quite new hotel, good location right beside train station. There's supermarket and shopping in the same building. Staff attitude is bad. There's system issues and I was asked to come back later a few times. Right after check in time, the system check in is done manually. Staff didn't want to process my check in and ask me to wait. This is despite seeing another guy gets his check in done. When I asked for kettle to have hot water the lady said not available while giving the there's nothing I can do look. In hospitality industry you cannot choose who you serve, if you have issues with certain people it's best to work in other industry. Body language says alot about the person.
