There was no free breakfast! The laundry was convenient! I told the front desk guy about a loosely hanging branch near vehicles and he immediately got defensive and said " We're not responsible"!! Appalled by the response!

The staff was great. The location was sort of tucked into some industrial type spots, and some of the surrounding area wasn't great. The shower/tub was a bit aged, but other than that the room was nice. Overall a positive experience.

Room bathroom was dirty, I was in the bed when I noticed a roach, the room next to my room was really loud, I ask at the lobby if maybe they can switch me to another room but they told me that there was not rooms available, so I end up returning the room at 2:30 am i only expend like 2 hours and I left, I ask for a refund but they didn’t help me
