The location was amazing. It is right off of the main city centre strip and maybe a 30 second walk from the St Stephen's cathedral. The lobby itself is worth a visit. Clean, spotless, sleek. It has a lovely atmosphere as soon as you come inside. The staff at the front desk were helpful, and polite, and spoke fantastic english. They took our luggage until check in, allowing us to explore the city. They answered all of our questions, and looked after the room key each time we went out. The lift to the room is right by reception - very easily to locate and allows getting to the room to be a very quick experience. The room itself is lovely. An excellent shower, comfortable bed, big pillows, minibar, and a window that opens properly allowing fresh air. I will recommend this hotel to anybody who is going to visit Vienna.

The kindest staff. They were most helpful with any questions or inquiries. The room was very nice and the bathroom and shower was spacious. The breakfast was so good as well. You really cannot find a better location either. 2 minutes from St. Stephen Cathedral and 6 minute walk to the Opera House. We used their car service from the Airport and it was seamless. Super easy. Yet it was the staff that made the hotel so nice
