Look forward to my return!
Very pleasant experience. Beautiful period decorated spacious room with high ceiling, comfortable layout, quality bed & bathrooms linens in a quiet peaceful part of hotel facing a back courtyard. High quality European style breakfast with a large offering served d by a friendly team which was consistent with all those I interacted with at the Kaiserin Elisabeth. If you’re looking for a modern, generic chain hotel, this is not the place!

Situated in an excellent central location, a short (15 min) walk from Wien Mitte station, the Hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful with great local knowledge when organising activities for our three day stay. The room has high ceilings and was very clean. The bathroom was very large with a large walk in shower and separate bath. I recommend Hotel Kaiserin Elisabeth to anyone especially families with young children on a short stay break.

Hotel is located in Inner Stad steps away from Kartner Strasse and next to Stephan Cathedral,very clean with excellent staff,rooms are spacious and very welcoming because their size.Highly recommended for a day stay or month.Love this place and definitely will be back there.

Christmas Delight
This characterful hotel is perfect for a central city break in Vienna. We had a very pleasant stay over Christmas in a comfortable,quiet,well appointed room that was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was plentiful,with a wide selection of beautifully prepared delicacies. Felix and his team were all friendly and welcoming. Katalin on reception always greeted us with a smile and others were always happy to help. There were delightful little touches - a Christmas stocking on the bedroom door on Christmas Eve.The staff made our stay a wonderful experience. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful historic property in the heart of the Inner Stadt. Large, comfortable, sunny room with huge windows. Modern bathroom and firm bed. Good breakfast. The staff was delightful and responsive. Two suggestions: put at least one pair of firm pillows in the closet (the ones on the bed were a little too cloud-like…), and a hot water maker in the room would be helpful.

We loved staying at Hotel Kaiserin Elisabeth! It is in a central location only a block away from St. Stephen’s Cathedral. We could walk or catch the nearby underground to get anywhere we wanted to go. The staff was friendly and helpful and the rooms had everything we needed.
