Come to Vienna and stay with us in a brand new (penthouse) just around the corner from the Hundertwasserhaus and the Kunsthaus Wien - and the green Prater is also within walking distance. The apartment has a bedroom (box spring bed), as well as a living room area (couch) and a fully equipped kitchen.
There is also free Wi-Fi, a modern air conditioning and Smart TV.

Last but not least, the apartment offers a wonderful view over the rooftops of Vienna.

This is a great apartment for your vacation. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bed extremely comfortable and supporting. The couch in the open-plan living room is also very comfortable. The toilet is in its own room, which is great if someone needs it while a person is in the shower!There is a local grocery store a minute walk around the corner for all your needs.Highly recommend! No complaints!

Zentrale Lage, mit Öffis wunderbar zu erreichen. Sehr schönes, gepflegtes Apartment. Sauber und freundlich, sehr praktisch im August die Klimaanlage.Einzige Kritik, spezielle Kaffeemaschine mit besonderen Kapseln, schwierig zu bekommen. Info dazu wĂ€re hilfreich gewesen. Ansonsten schönes Haus und Wien war toll!

Schöne Tage in Wien

Die Wohnung im DG eines GrĂŒnderzeithauses liegt verkehrsgĂŒnstig an der Tramlinie 1 weniger Stationen von der Innenstadt und vom Prater. Einkauf möglich im Billa-Markt bzw. beim BĂ€cker um Ecke in der Löwengasse. Essengehen ist im Gasthaus Wild am Radetzkyplatz sehr zu empfehlen.Bei der Ausstattung der Wohnung sollte fĂŒr den Kaffee die Nespresso Maschine zumindest durch eine althergebrachte BrĂŒhmethode ergĂ€nzt werden und auch ein Teekanne dauerhaft zur VerfĂŒgung stehen. Die MĂŒllsortierung (gelbe Tonne ist in der Hetzgasse) könnte besser beschrieben werden. Es wurde schnell auf WĂŒnsche reagiert.

Excellent Access to Public Transit

A tram stop is only a 2 min walk away and it connects to the subway, bus and train system including express airport train. So easy to get around in the city. Plenty of restaurants and cafĂ©s around as well as grocery stores. The host was responsive and courteous.Two minor issues: (1) not-so-great acoustic separation between units and the corridor. A baby next door, people in the hallway, etc. sometimes kept us awake. Earplugs might be a good idea if you’re a light sleeper. (2) the kitchen was a bit lacking if you intend to use it extensively; (extra dish towels, trivets, placemats or even salt & pepper would have been useful). Similarly, soap or body wash in the shower would have been nice. However, in general, it’s a good place to stay to explore Vienna. Recommended.

Die Wohnung liegt super ruhig .Hetzgasse 43Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter NĂ€he.Straßenbahn fasst vor der TĂŒr .FußlĂ€ufig alles gut erreichbar ( Stephansdom , Prater 15 Minuten zu Fuß) -oder man leiht sich ein Rad.Hundertwasserhaus 1 Straße weiter.

Excellent - Loved it

Everything about this property stay was excellent. Communication with the host was prompt. The standard of the apartment was exceptionally high. It included a kettle and toaster and microwave and large fridge. Furnishings comfortable and stylish. Black out remote control blinds was luxurious. Air conditioning . Area of apartment 2 minutes from a supermarket and lovely safe area. The host even had a storage area for our bags after check out on the last morning. Cant fault it. Well worth the slightly higher cost than cheaper inferior apartments. Wi fi good. Elevator to 4th floor. Loved it. Near to Ernst Happel stadium too. Walkable and safe. Thank you

Fast perfekt

Die Fewo ist sauber, sehr gerĂ€umig und praktisch eingerichtet. KĂŒche: alles da was man braucht, nur die Nespresso-Maschine ist fĂŒr Kaffeetrinker "ein Witz". Schlafzimmer: weiche und bequeme Betten und viel Platz fĂŒr den Kofferinhalt. Bad: ideal mit 2 Waschbecken und großer Dusche - WC separat. Wohnbereich: bequem, Smart TV Negativ: es riecht vom Flur her stark nach Zigarettenqual, der leider in die Wohnung zieht!! Ideal die Rollos und die AC fĂŒr eine Wohnung im 4.Stock. Die Lage ist mit der NĂ€he zur Straßenbahn, zum BĂ€cker und zum Einkauf ideal. Daher das Fazit: fast perfekt

Sehr gut gelegene Ferienwohnung

Praktisch eingerichtete Ferienwohnung.Bad und Toilette getrennt, was wir sehr zu schĂ€tzen wußten. Sehr freundliches und hilfreiches Service-Personal vor Ort: wir hatten pro Person nur 2 HandtĂŒcher fĂŒr eine Woche, was uns zu wenig war, aber die verantwortlichen Damen haben uns sofort mit weiteren HandtĂŒchern ausgestattet.

Wonderful for a short trip

We stayed for 6 nights and enjoyed our time very much. The Appartement is near the centre, the next Tram Stop is only 2 minutes away. So we could visit the centre two or three times a day. Even by foot it would have been possible. The appartement is quiet, clean and sufficiently furnitured. Only disadvantage: The kitchen is a little bit underequipped for cooking. But when you are in Vienna, you might want to try the local cuisine anyway :) Thank you very much. We would love to come back.

Schöne moderne Ferienwohnung

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Wien sehr genossen. Die Ferienwohnung war ein guter Ausgangspunkt und gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet. Allerdings ist eine Kapselmaschine umwelttechnisch ein No-Go!!!! Ein besser funktionierendes Schneidemesser sollte auch zukĂŒnftig vorhanden sein.

Perfekt fĂŒr die Erkundung der Innenstadt von Wien

Tolle Lage in fußlĂ€ufiger Entfernung zum Bahnhof Mitte und zum Ring. Die Wohnung ist ganz neu und modern eingerichtet. Die Sauberkeit ist sehr gut!
