Jaz in the city hotel is a real gem! We felt welcome from the moment we set foot in. We were welcomed with big smiles and the check-in was quick and super easy. The room was big and clean and had everything we needed from super comfy beds, to coffee and tea facilities, to aircon and our own vinyl record player with lots of options that you can pick up from reception. We even had a swing in the room which is perfect for when you’re reading a book and listening to some music. The TV also has screen pairing option which is perfect to watch your favourite shows, something that most hotels don’t do. The room was incredibly quiet which made for a an excellent night sleep. The staff was lovely and couldn’t do enough for you. It just made our stay in Vienna that extra bit special. We live this hotel and would definitely stay there again.

Cozy hotel with singular room layouts: colorful halls and open bathroom. Very convenient. Within walking distance of central city attractions and restaurants. Recommend!

Almost perfect....

Staff. Superb. Cannot fault. Bed amazing. Location brilliant. Blackout curtains.... total. Great place. Small niggles.... that stopped it being perfect.... Towels small thin and very budget hotel. All plug sockets at floor level. None anywhere near mirror. Hairdryer cord short. Have to sit on floor to dry/ style hair.... without mirror. Shampoo/conditioner. Was just shampoo. Someone else was complaining at desk re this. Reception contact by wattsapp. But there is never a response. Rooftop bar... fabulous. But closed for private party saturday night!!!!

Nice place. I did feel like fashion was more important than function, but it was overall good. Storage in the room was awkward, the lights were dim, and two people getting ready required patience. That is more of an “function” discussion, though. It was maintained well. Overall, it was a fun place, walkable to food options and shopping. A longer walk to attractions and transit. They had good service at the front desk.

Hip location, reasonably accessible via public transportation. Quick and easy walk to Vienna Museum Quarter. Staff is super chill, friendly and helpful. Rooftop bar offers a nice view. Definitely try the sauna. No desk or chair in the room, rather a turntable on a stand. Records are on display and available for use in the lobby — a very unique feature. R&B, soul, 70s & 80s dance, reggae, pop, even musicals (oddly enough despite the name of the place, I really didn’t see any Jazz)
