Terrible place, awful stay with high price

Very squeezy room, difficult to turn around ot open suitcases, narrow rack can only hang 3 jackets, shelves less than 20cm width, no hooks on the wall. No heating when temperature was about 5°C in nights. The 1st night, I feel very cold and could not sleep. My husband went to front desk to ask for more comforter. They said only house keep can provide it & had to wait till 10am next morning. We waited in our room & got conforters next morning. But during nights I still had bad headache because the room is very cold & my head was cold. During high check-in hours, only 2 staffs & we waited more than 20min to get our luggage. The front desk staffs are rude. Terrible place and awful stay, yet they charge over $300 per night.

Charming Stay, Centrally Located

Everything about my staff was perfect. The room size was just right for solo travel, and it was surprisingly one of the most comfortable mattresses I've been on in a hotel! The room was well maintained, the heat level was just right, and the shower was great. This hotel is extremely well-located, easy on and off the U-bahn, and near the Naschmarkt, Secession, Strauss museum, and both the Musikverein and Stadtoper. My only note for North American travellers: you put your room key in a slot on the wall to activate the lights!

Nice hotel with good breakfast (additional fee), kind staff and comfortable room. We had the Superior room and it was plenty big with a nice view. We were able to check in early and use bag storage after checkout so we could explore the city on our final day before our train. Convenient to the main city center

Fantastic pet friendly option

The hotel was absolutely beautiful and the staff was very friendly and helpful. This is a dog friendly hotel, and they were wonderful in this respect. They had placed a water bowl and treats inside the room, as well as a welcome letter directing us to the closest green areas/parks. Highly recommend for anyone traveling with a pet.

Loved the stay. Would highly recommended and would stay again. Close to transportation and walkable to city Center. Only issue was limited space to place large suitcases in room. Could do with folding luggage stands. Otherwise no issues

booked two twin beds, got a small double... not the room we booked - but "all full". RUshed by front desk, no time for questions and basically Rude or rather Annoyed with tourist questions.... that IS YOUR BUSINESS,,, adapt or get ourt of HOSPITALITY. Will not recommend
