Great location (across from Opera) plus good breakfast (not included—was extra surcharge). Room was small, no additional toiletries included. Front desk was very helpful and even gave me the additional stamps needed so I had correct postage for my postcards!!

Lovely located hotel.. very central but quiet. Great night sleep and clean. Staff at reception helpful.. only downside was a member at the bar ( bald guy) not helpful and quite rude! Could do better on that front! All in all an excellent stay and wouldn’t put me off rebooking

The late night bartender was outstanding and stayed up for all the Worldcup games to serve drinks. Thank you. Downside is that there is no gym which is a problem when you’re enjoying Schnitzels, Sacher Cake, Kaiserschmarrn and all the other delicious Viennese delicacies.

First off , full marks for location! It is only a few min walk from karlplatz Ubahn station and closer to many attractions. Plus it is close to many restaurants and cafes - including McDonald and Starbucks in karlplatz station as well as a smaller supermarket. So staying on budget without much effort is possible. Rooms were a bit smallish but when you are in Vienna, you are not in room that much !
