The metro was 20 meters from the entrance to the hotel and the bus was less than 5 minutes away. The room was a great layout and the A/C worked well. The bed was comfortable and you get three pillows to choose from. I loved the ECO option of getting a free drink if you passed on cleaning service. You could choose each day to pass or not.

The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean. Hotel is quiet. Conveniently located near metro station. Breakfast buffet is very good. Lots of options to choose from and once again staff are very nice. You can even sit outside on the rooftop terrace. Would highly recommend

Great find in Vienna!

We had a great stay and a perfect hotel, right in the center of everything! Totally recommend the location. Staff was very accommodating and informative!

We stayed at this hotel in Sept 2024. Location was really good access to underground fantastic. I was concerned at safety as we often came back to the hotel or left the hotel and there was no one on reception but the lift directly behind reception is accessible by everyone you didn't need to use your room card which most hotels have these days. On our arrival late we witnessed ourselves a homeless person came to the desk and wanted the sweets from the jar on reception. It also wasn't the quietest of hotels in terms of between rooms we had a number of disrupted nights because of either rooms next to or above. All in all disappointing but the city is breathtaking
