I like the location and cleanliness of this hotel. However, one thing missing in our room is a refrigerator. I'm not sure why they don’t provide one. I asked the staff, and they informed me that refrigerators are not available for standard rooms. This is disappointing, especially during summer when cold drinks are a must.

It's a lovely experience to stay Novotel. Good facilities with good stuff. However, air-conditioning was not sufficiently cooling down the room. But otherwise it's a very good family friendly hotel.
