The staff was awesome, the breakfast was great. Our room... was hot... they couldn’t control the heat it was set wayyy to high for sleep. They suggested we open the window, the choice is either the trains outside one side of the hotel or the street noise on the other. I travel a lot, this was unreal for a 4 star hotel. I’d look into a different hotel.

A good ,quiet, accessible location. Exceptionally clean, helpful and professional staff. A minor disadvantage is the absence of any stores or shopping

Pros: Quiet
I was attenhding a conference at The Austria Center, so the location was slightly far. Nevertheless, while the outside appearance of the hotel was simple, it was a nice surprize to experience an exceptional comfort, cleanliness and friendly staff of the hotel. The rooms are spacious and decorated with a refined taste with a simplicity of a well balanced and comfortable environment of the room, well selected beds and mattresses, discreet indirect lighting. The view on the quiet street enhanced a feeling of a comfort. While not in the strict city center the hotel is easily accessible by a street car. It deserves a name of a Cavalier (Once upon a time even I was a Czardash Kavalier).
