Everything was great, clean and to expectations. I just didn't give a 5 star rating for the service because I felt that the lady at the front desk was annoyed that we showed up early. I understand about the check-in time, but a little bit of courtesy would've warrant a 5 star all around. Otherwise, it was an excellent day.

Decent hotel with good breakfast

Hotel is about 3 minutes walk from the train station. It has very good shower facility. Room is well designed for good use. Breakfast is good. The only downside is the bed too small.

I stayed at Plaza Inn Wien Gasometer for 5 nights. The Hotel is in Gasometer City and is very well connected to Vienna's public transport network. The Gasometer metro Station is less than a 5 minutes’ walk away. The lady at reception was very friendly and gave me good advice about the local area. Everyone I spoke to at reception was very friendly and professional. The Room I stayed in (413) was a good size, clean and modern. It came equipped with a flat-screen TV and a kettle with tea and coffee supplies. These were not replaced when the rooms were cleaned so I kept having to go downstairs and ask for more supplies. The bathroom was also clean and equipped with shower/shampoo supplies. It would have been nice if the room had a mini fridge. The air conditioning was ok, but it took a long while to cool the room down. Also, on one occasion, despite leaving the “please make up room” sign on the door, housekeeping didn’t come. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay there, the location, value, cleanliness was all satisfactory. I would definitely consider staying here again.
