Hot and noisy night

This was the second time I stayed here and I booked the hotel for it's location. It was an unusual warm day in Vienna and the room was registering 26 degrees. I asked for help to turn the air con on and was informed that this is not working during the winter months ( we are in March). I therefore slept with the window wide open to try and be comfortable, which in turn meant waking up every hour to the noise outside on the street. Less than a good nights sleep. In addition the shower had mould all over the floor, which is below standard.

It was central, with many main attractions a few minutes walk away. Room was a good size , light and airy. Bathroom was of a good standard. Staff informative and helpful. Only criticism room very warm.... appreciate it was cold outside, but unable to dial it down just a little.

As central as it gets

Brilliant hotel about as central as you can get in Vienna, you can get cheaper further out but we did not want to waste time annd money on cabs. everything walking distance. Have to say the checkin staff were so friendly and really helpful with local recommendations. Rooms were lovely and in brilliant condition. Overall fab stay

Everything was excellent at this hotel expect the check in experience was not the best. Had to wait about 20 minutes to check in as there was only one member of staff on duty. She did state that the hotel was experts shortage of staff. This was the only negative experience during our stay. The breakfast was excellent and the staff on duty on Sunday 9th February was excellent.

Excellent central location could not be more ideal for the Christmas markets, shopping and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and we will book this hotel again without hesitation when we come back to Vienna
