Great stay for the value. Close to the train station. There are just lots of construction outside but it’s not terrible. There aren’t many restaurants near by as you’re a little bit outside of the city centre but the rooms were spacious. The staff were also extremely friendly and helpful, especially Mari.

Lovely stay

Room was very clean, was nice to have basic kitchen. Bathroom very nice. Staff very nice when I interacted with them. Location was great for me and price was amazing for what I got. Would have really appreciated a set of cereal bowls in the kitchen!

Everything I read was correct and with the tram stop just outside the front door it is only a few stops to connect to the subway…incredibly convenient. Solo city break

Really clean, smart hotel. Close to public transport for easy commute into the heart of the city. Hotel apartments are clean and smart. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Would stay here again.

We were massively surprised at how lovely this property was. Staff were super friendly, the dining area we didn’t use but they have free coffee all day so used it for that which was a super treat bring coffee lovers. Room was massively spacious, clean we actually loved it. Just down the road from the tram into the city centre which we navigated without any issues. There’s nothing bad I can say about the property excellent value for money to stay in the city centre with this spec I feel it would triple your costing! Would definitely use this hotel again if we were to go back to Vienna. Thank you for a super pleasant stay.

A couple of things to note: Be careful when opening the window, as the hotel is next to train tracks and can get noisy. One of my neighbors was probably smoking, and the smell came into my room, which was uncomfortable—but of course, not the hotel’s fault. Also, there’s no AC, which wasn’t an issue for me now but could be in the summer. My only suggestion would be to extend the checkout time, as it feels a bit early for tourists. Overall, a fantastic stay, and I’d definitely book here again!

We booked a room with kitchenette, and while the kitchenette itself was lovely, there was nothing included to cook with, rendering it quite useless. There are also some issues with the cleaning schedule. While we were told rooms were cleaned every 3 days, our room was never cleaned. Which became a bit of an issue concerning towels and toilet paper. It's also insanely far from anything, so just a warning others. There is a tram stop outside but it's the milk run, and doesn't run very frequently outside of rush hour
