Die Bilder der Wohnung im Inserat spiegeln nicht den tatsächlichen Zustand der Wohnung wieder.
Die Einrichtung wirkt größtenteils abgewohnt und zusammengewürfelt. Bettwäsche und Dusch- bzw. Handtücher haben schon bessere Zeiten gesehen - die Spannbettlaken sind zu klein für die Matratzen. Defekte Lampen, ein stark riechender Küchenabfluss und Sperrmüll im Treppenhaus komplettieren den negativen Gesamteindruck.
Die Wohnung liegt auf der einen Seite direkt an einer stark befahrenen mehrspurigen Straße und einer Bahnstrecke.
