The Hoxton was such a beautiful hotel. I loved the convenient location to the trains & the historic center. The hotel & restaurant staff were nice and welcoming. It made our entire trip comfortable and enjoyable.

Everything was very nice. But the rooms were designed crazy. The bathroom didn’t have a sink the sink was it the hallway. So if you used the restroom you would have to walk out and go to the other side to wash your hands. The rooms were very small. But the mattress was amazing.

My wife & I had an excellent stay here. The staff was very friendly and welcoming upon check-in, and when we mentioned we were there for our honeymoon, they left a little gift of some chocolates in our room the next day. The hotel itself was very comfortable and well taken care of. The room was great and the onsite dinning and bar options were excellent! The location itself was very convenient to public transportation as well as walkable to lots of different things in the city. We would definitely stay here again next time we are in Vienna.

Nice and cosy, in close proximity to the metro and easy to get around to all the Christmas markets Vienna has to offer. Staff were helpful and ready to assist with any questions.

Gorgeous building and rooms Great location Staff is super really sweet and helpful Breakfast was absolutely excellent the chef is fabulous and super nice too The room stayed too warm no matter what temp we changed to The rooms could be cleaner The hotel needs some maintenance and upkeep considering the income it generates it could be cleaned up and maintained considering how iconic the building is The lobby was overcrowded at all hours The dinner service ended too soon

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Especially the bistro staff. I am quite loyal to the Hoxton group and truly enjoy my stay at their properties. Great good, superb service. Everyone was so lovely. However, I had only one small issue. you will have to request a room cleaning at check-in. Even with it requested, that didn’t happen and I came back to an unclean room. I did mention it to the front desk and they rectified it immediately which I was very happy about. Very nice hotel in Vienna. The bars are very cool and fun. Great way to end your day. I loved their breakfast as well. Also the tea selection. Very tasty black tea. Overall great stay. I will definitely stay again.

Lovely room! Amazing view. Tea, coffee and water provided. Shower as delightful! The Cuban inspired cocktail roofbar was the showstopper. Make sure you check out the speakeasy bar in the basement! There’s also a vintage photobooth on the same floor but beware, pictures take 15-30minites to print. Changing of sheets service is offered however this did not happen despite us asking twice on Friday and on Saturday. All in all, we loved our stay and would recommend the Hoxton!

Nice enough but wouldn't stay again.

Paid for a larger room, storage was abysmal and better in the standard rooms which we saw as my parents were in one of them. They shut the pool constantly for private events with no warning. Most staff don't want to be there and are extremely rude.
