The hotel is very well located just minutes walking from all the Vienna sites and shopping but is in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by other hotels (InterContinental, Ritz Carlton, Marriott, etc.). Recommend booking the larger rooms if possible as even those are quite small. The rooftop bar and restaurant is really nice with great views of Vienna. Overall, the feel is probably a bit too trendy for its own good but the staff was very nice and attentive. A great option for a stay in Vienna at a decent price point.

Great location but service lacking

The room was very clean and comfortable and the hotel is in a great location. There are also great facilities (pool, bar, restaurant, terrace etc) but we found the service at breakfast and the bar very slow and difficult, not being able to order certain drinks or at certain times.

We liked staying at the Hoxton very much! Location was perfect. The one issue was the service. They wouldn’t service the room unless we asked and, since we were there for work, we kept forgetting to ask in time for the deadline - 11 am. This seems a strange approach- and ultimately meant we didn’t get great service. Otherwise - an excellent stay!

Great location, great vibes

The Hoxton has a great location, close to Stadtpark (both a nice park and the subway station). There is a great rooftop bar with a beautiful view as well as a restaurant on the main floor. The breakfast was reasonably priced and quite good. Great water pressure in the showers. Definitely passed the “vibe check” too with unique decorations and a lot of personality.

The staff are amazing here, the hotel itself is beautiful and unique feeling. Our room (cosy neighbourhood) had a fantastic view and probably one of the best showers we’ve ever had. The pool area is a big highlight, especially with the sunrise. The rooftop bar is stunning, delicious cocktails with really kind staff. The hotel is very well located, with a short stroll to the center of the city. It was also very helpful to find both USB-A (2) and USB-C (2) ports in the room, a DAB radio with Bluetooth connection, a fridge and safe. Plenty of space to put your cases and hanging space for your clothes. The bed was extremely comfy and the AC was fast and quiet. As part of their sustainability efforts, the hotel doesn’t provide daily housekeeping unless you actively request it. This is all well and good, but there’s no indication that they have reduced the room rate to reflect the financial saving they’re making by offering a reduced service. When a hotel benefits financially from their sustainability efforts without passing on some of the saving to the customers that are helping to achieve this, it calls into question their motivation. In addition, the one day of our trip that we requested housekeeping for the following day, we didn’t actually receive it. Other than that our stay was perfect and would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is stunning, really well done in an old restored building. The problem is that this place did not have the vibes of a normal Hoxton at all. The people working here were not great compared to London Holborn or other Hoxton's. The rooftop resto/bar is badly ran, whoever is in charge up there needs to be looked at. The coffee bar in the lobby wasn't open our entire stay which is one of the reason we like a Hoxton and there is no close coffee shop to walk too. They suggested 'dining at the restaurant' ??? I would not rec this Hoxton at all unless you have never been to a well oiled one.

Stylish hotel

It’s a very well located, stylish, clean hotel. The pool is a nice touch in the summer but do note that on a hot day it did get quite busy and wasn’t always possible to get a sunbed right away. It’s just a small pool but this does mean how enjoyable it is entirely depends how many other people are using it. One day it was pretty empty and it was lovely. The next day it was full of kids and it was horrible! Haha

A lovely retro interior style hotel,reflecting a trendy vibe.,The staff were friendly and very helpful. Lovely outdoor seating for breakfast and dining. The roof top bar was fabulous with a spectacular view. The service in the bar was okay. Easy walking distance to the airport train ( 11 mins) U line . Near to stradpark . Breakfast wasn't as good as the review i read,service alittle patchy. Could be that i ate at peak time 8.30/9 on Sunday .
