Had a great stay at the coconut bay resort. My room and balcony was very clean. Everything worked in my room tv, air condition etc. Staff were helpful. The food was okay. There was a lot of options the jerk chicken place was very good, fresh and seasoned. Pools clean walking grounds breath taking.

This by far was the best vacation! We did stay on the Harmony side and we never had an issue finding a shaded spot by the beach or the pool! We had several bartenders that would bring us drinks without even asking! They knew we were thirsty! The views were incredible anywhere on the propriety. The food was the best we have ever had at an all inclusive! They are many fresh options all day. The jerk tree house was phenomenal! You are close to the airport but you don’t notice! The shuttle was perfect on the way back to .. they know exactly what time you need to leave to get you there and checked in but not waiting for hours! I cannot say enough great things about this place. It was the perfect place for relaxation and we met so many great people! We will be back soon!

Housekeeping forgot to replenish our towels, and the soaps and shampoo, was like they check us out a day early. Dining reservations was all set the day we arrived, and i had requested something special for my Girlfriends birthday. They all said that was wonderful, blah blah blah. The restaurant completely forgot.

I recently celebrated my birthday at Coconut Bay Spa and Resort, and it was absolutely unforgettable! The resort was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and offered so many amenities and dining options that there was always something new to enjoy. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly special. They surprised me with a bottle of champagne, a birthday cake, and a special dinner, which made the celebration truly memorable. The service was impeccable—every team member I interacted with went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and personal. A special shoutout to Row at the Italian restaurant, Solange at the Asian restaurant, Dillan and Tari at the bar, Jomiah at the Veranda, Evelyn at breakfast, Star with Housekeeping and Danedra—each one of them made my experience even more delightful with their warmth and professionalism. Suggestion: It would be nice if the resort offered tipping envelopes for the staff, as their service truly deserves recognition. Overall, Coconut Bay exceeded my expectations in every way. I left feeling pampered, appreciated, and already planning my next visit!

Had a great 5 days here. Wish they changed up the buffet menu. After 3 days I felt like it was mostly the same food over again. Also the water was very murky, which was mostly due to the seaweed and I understand that it was out of the control of the staff. Then.

Wonderful Family Stay! We had a fantastic family trip to Coconut Bay Resort! It’s only five minutes from the airport — perfect after traveling with our two-year-old. The staff truly stood out — friendly, accommodating, and always helpful. We were pleasantly surprised to have concierge service, which made our first family vacation stress-free. We loved Silk, the Asian-themed restaurant — amazing food, ambiance, and service. The Italian restaurant was also great, and the Beach Hut offered delicious poolside options. The resort is very clean, with newly renovated rooms that felt fresh and modern. Our son loved the pool and water slide, and the mocktail menu for kids was a nice touch. A few small notes: pre-arrival dinner reservation help would’ve been great since our flight delay caused late bookings. Also, we learned about the concierge phone and nightly snack service (like chips and salsa) only at the end — would’ve been nice to have throughout. Overall, fantastic staff, great food, and family-friendly atmosphere — we’d absolutely stay again!

Our stay was truly enjoyable from start to finish. While we encountered a few room issues upon arrival, the team handled everything promptly and professionally, ensuring we were comfortable and well taken care of. What really stood out was the genuine warmth and attentiveness of every staff member we met. Their friendly smiles and excellent service made us feel right at home. The property itself was well maintained and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. We sincerely appreciate the effort that went into making our stay memorable. The most amazing resort in St Lucia.The service was amazing. The staff go the extra mile to make your stay a memorable one. It feels like family. The food was top notch, very day, delicious and variety. The BBQ night dinner by the pool was absolutely epic. The Caribbean night dinner outdoors was also beautiful, and delicious. I can’t wait to go back. The Tree house with jerk/Caribbean food was the highlight of the day. Flip flops wings, burgers, pizzas our lunch spot. Coffee shop always fresh coffee. One of the best resorts I visited with my family!

Coconut Bay you owe me nothing. I had an enjoyable time in August with my 10 year old son and 78 year old mom. The vacation was enjoyable for all three of us. All the staff seem happy and engaged. I like how everyone is attentive to all guests no matter the age. The kids are seen, they are attended to. Jamal at the Bars was on his way out of the bar when my son stopped him for a drink but he couldn't remember what he wanted. Jamal waited for my son to go back to the drink menu board to get the correct name, showing no sign he was in a rush, went to make the drink for him and left. A+ service, Bravo Jamal.. Coconut Bay overall, great job, remember to take care of the staff so they can take care of the guests. We will be back next summer Godwilling.
