Fomos roubados pelo anfitrião e pela vrbo o apartamento não existe. O anfitrião não atende as chamad

Não existiu estadia nenhuma fui roubado e a vrbo não ajudou em nada. Exigo a devolução do que paguei. Não entendo como podem ter um apartamento que não existe na APP, um anfitrião que não atende as chamadas. A linha de apoio tentou ligar com o anfitrião e também não conseguiu. Simplesmente ninguém resolve nada
