A charming 4 bedroom villa with private pool set in the Parque da Floresta / Golfe Santo Antonio resort.



The Space:

As you go through the gate you will find an uphill driveway. To it’s right their is some concrete steps if you decide to leave the car outside and walk up to the Villa.





As you enter the front door you will find the opened planned Lounge Area with typical Portuguese colour schemes (Bordeaux and Mustard). This lounge space is extremely spacious, with room for everyone as it has 2 large sofas, an armchair, a regular sitting bench and a small bean bag. 





In this living space their is a wooden table, a fireplace perfect for the cold Winters, a large flat screen Tv, a  DvD Player, IPTV and Internet.





All this fabulous living space has direct access to the pool area outside. 





To the right of the lounge living space, their is a 6 seater dining table, with access to the barbecue and outside table. 





Through a doorway located in the dining room you will find a fully equipped kitchen, that has been refurbished so that it is completely up-to-date. 





It has all needed appliances for a perfect cooking experience, such as four electric burner, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee filter machine, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, microwave, wine shelf and a collection of sharp knifes. 





To the left of the front door is where the bedrooms are located. As you go through the hallway, to the right you will find the first twin bed bedroom, which is ensuite (separated shower, bath, washbasin and toilet) and has direct access to the patio terrace. After going up 6 steps you will find two more twin bed bedrooms which share a bathroom (bath, washbasin, toilet and bidet). The one on the left side has a small balcony, whilst the one on the right has access to the outside garden. The last bedroom, has a double bed and is ensuite (bath, washbasin, toilet, bidet) and has direct access to the beautiful grass space outside. 





The outside dining space is equipped with a built in barbecue with a sink by it’s side and a 8 setter glass table, where you can have some enjoyable meals. 





The pool is split in to two different parts, a kids pool (2/3 meter round pool) and the main pool (11 x 5 meters - 0.8 meters to 2.10 meters deep). Also to complement this their is 8 layout beds, in which you can relax and catch a tan. 



Pool Heating is available at an extra cost of £250.00 per week. 7 night minimum charge.
