Welcome to 42V3 by AlgarveManta, an excellent semi-detached house located in Manta Rota, just 50 meters from Lota Beach, with direct access through a wooden pedestrian walkway.



With 3 floors and approximately 120 m², this dwelling is ideal for families, couples or groups of friends looking for a quiet vacation in the Algarve, with comfort, privacy and proximity to the beach.



The dwelling accommodates up to 6 people and has 3 comfortable bedrooms, with one double bed and four single beds. Two of the bedrooms are en suite, with private bathrooms equipped with corner showers, and the third bedroom has a bathroom with a bathtub. All bedrooms have a balcony, with views facing East, West or North. In the attic, there is also a fantastic terrace with a sea view.



The kitchen is fully equipped with a combined refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, Dolce Gusto capsule coffee machine, filter coffee machine, electric kettle, dishwasher, washing machine and all the necessary utensils to prepare meals during your stay.



The living and dining room is spacious and comfortable, equipped with a television and with direct access to the outside.



On the outside, the house offers a pleasant leisure area with a private pool, sun loungers, barbecue, dishwasher, table, chairs and umbrella, perfect for outdoor meals and moments of rest with family or friends.



For greater comfort, the accommodation also has air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and a parking space in the same building.

Desde o começo pela simpatia e eficiência na agência, a qual já conhecia. No alojamento: a piscina era muito agradável pela exposição solar e por estar bastante abrigada do vento, as condições gerais da casa eram boas (embora as portadas não sejam muito praticas). A localização perto da praia é mais um ponto muito positivo. Como já disse anteriormente as portadas. Mais um suporte para chapéu na zona da piscina. E com as casas ao lado, quando estas estiverem ocupadas não será muito agradável a utilização da churrasqueira.
