'Petit Ca l'Andorrà' Studio: Semi-Adapted, Pool, and Wi-Fi

Located in the peaceful village of Vila-sana, Petit Ca l'Andorrà is a charming ground-floor studio, semi-adapted for guests with reduced mobility. It’s ideal for couples or small groups of up to 3 guests seeking a quiet and accessible getaway in the Catalan countryside. The studio features a living-bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 double sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, and 2 bathrooms (1 in the garden), all on one level for easy access. Amenities include Wi-Fi, 2 TVs (1 in the entrance), washing machine, books and board games, a crib, and 2 high chairs. There are fans but no air conditioning. Guests share with the neighboring house a spacious outdoor area: garden, barbecue, pool (open from June 22), multipurpose court, and changing room. The property also has a third, fully independent unit with its own entrance, where the host’s family lives—no shared spaces with rental units.



Nearby, you’ll find the Estany d'Ivars i Vila-sana, a restored lake perfect for nature walks and birdwatching. The village offers restaurants, local shops, and an equestrian club, with public transport close by. There are 4 parking spaces and free street parking. The host can provide contacts for services such as breakfasts, transfers, guided tours, and horse riding, all available for an extra charge. Rules: No pets, smoking, or parties; quiet after 10 pm; no groups with members under 25; guests must remove and separate waste. Bed linen and towels are provided at the start of your stay and are not changed during your visit. Check-out is at 12 pm; a late check-out incurs an extra charge. Please ask the host for details.
