Casa Lissy is a characteristic two-story independent house made of stone. It sleeps three people. From Casa Lissy you will enjoy a charming view of the valley and of the greenery. Casa Lissy is 45 square meters (485 square feet). It features a private patio, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in the heart of Villadeati, where you will find a restaurant, shops and public transportation. You will find a grocery store at 3.5 km (roughly 2.2 miles) and the bus stop at 550 meters (1800 feet). You will reach Casa Lissy from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Casa Lissy you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate.

Patio
The patio is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a grapevine pergola. It is equipped with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the patio you will enjoy a broad view of the valley and of the greenery.
Ground FloorLiving Room
The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling is made of wood. The furnishings are warm and welcoming. The furnishings include an armchair and a divan bed for one guest. There is a fireplace, for decorative purposes only. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a small refrigerator without freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The room also has two windows.
Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the living room. Here you will find a washing machine, a clothes dryer, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal (please note that use of the laundry facilities is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally).
First FloorBedroom with en-suite bathroom
The bedroom is paved with wood. The ceiling is sloped and is made of wood. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include two armchairs. In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has two windows, as well as a roof window. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
