A modern and stylish newly built penthouse with big spacious terraces, 180 degree ocean views of clear blue water and free on site parking. Fully equipped kitchen to your needs. The penthouse features king size bed with a private bathroom, queen size bed and separate bathroom on the first floor. Second floor features king size bed with its bathroom and direct access ti the terrace where you can enjoy morning coffee and views to the mountains. It also has an access to a front spacious terrace to enjoy the views of beach and the sea. All terraces have outdoor furniture where you can lay down and enjoy the sun and sea breeze.
