Fantastic property. Well equipped with beautiful pool and spotlessly clean. Host superb in communication. One if the best properties we have stayed in. A little off the beaten track for amenities but no problem as supermarket about 10 mins away. However if you want a relaxing, calm holiday this is definitely the place to go.

Beautiful property very well equipped and a wonderful swimming pool in a very private setting

We loved our stay and found the house very well equipped throughout, even down to the bicycles in the garage. We enjoyed BBQs by the pool which was a perfect temperature and very well looked after. We enjoyed trips locally and went canoeing and to cafes and restaurants in Pons as well as venturing to Saintes and Royan. We were grateful for the efficient air conditioning in the heat wave we experienced and really enjoyed our stay, if we had to find any fault it would only be that some of the beds were too hard! Overall we would highly recommend our stay.

Excellent pied-à-terre pour découvrir la région

Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour dans la quiĂ©tude et le calme au coeur de ce village charentais. Le beau temps n'Ă©tait pas au rendez-vous, sauf pour quelques jours ou nous avons profitĂ© de la piscine (et de la climatisation!). La communication avec le propriĂ©taire avant l'arrivĂ©e s'est trĂšs bien passĂ©e avec des rĂ©ponses promptes Ă  mes questions. La personne qui gĂšre les entrĂ©es est tout aussi avenante et disponible. La maison est trĂšs bien entretenue ainsi que le jardin. Si vous avez une voiture Ă©lectrique, une borne de chargement est disponible sur place, ce qui fut extrĂȘmement pratique. Le mobilier de jardin est de qualitĂ© et suffisant pour 8 personnes. Par contre les serviettes de piscine ne sont pas fournies, donc Ă  prĂ©voir. Les petis bĂ©mols: idĂ©al pour deux couples, voire avec des enfants, mais pas plus d'adultes. Au delĂ  de deux couples, les salles d'eau sont localisĂ©es Ă  l'intĂ©rieur des deux chambres du premier Ă©tage, donc les occupants des lits du deuxiĂšme Ă©tage doivent descendre deux Ă©tages pour accĂ©der aux toilettes la nuit, et prendre leur douche en passant dans l'une des deux chambres. Les lits Ă©taient Ă©galement un peu trop fermes Ă  notre goĂ»t, et je suis allĂ©e acheter des oreillers en plumes. Beaucoup de marches d'escalier, ce qui est bon pour la santĂ© mais fatigant! Pour dĂ©jeuner dehors il faut gravir les marches du perron pour accĂ©der Ă  la cuisine,qui est de ce fait coupĂ©e de l'extĂ©rieur. Cela dit je recommande pour un sĂ©jour confort et champĂȘtre!

Heel aangenaam verblijf

Het huis is heel ruim, heel net, rustig gelegen en toch vlakbij de nodige winkels en supermarkten. Het domein is volledig afgesloten en dus zeer veilig. Alle beschreven voorzieningen zoals ruim verwarmd zwembad, airco, uitgeruste keuken, wasmachine en droger, lakens, handdoeken, haardroger, enz. zijn aanwezig. Het contact met de eigenaar verliep ook zeer vlot. Hij is vlot bereikbaar voor vragen en geeft met plezier advies. Wij komen graag terug!

Geschikt voor grote gezinnen! Zeer propere villa! Verwarmd proper zwembad! Alles ter beschikking id woning. In de buurt niet zoveel mogelijkheden, op 40 min rijden dijk en strand met resto.

Bon séjour en famille au calme

Nous avons passĂ© une bonne semaine de vacances au calme dans cette propriĂ©tĂ© et la recommandons vivement aux familles avec ou sans enfants. Nos chiens ont pu profiter d’un grand espace clĂŽturĂ© Ă  leur guise. A noter cependant : - l’ouverture des volets automatique est programmĂ©e pour 8h, voir avec le propriĂ©taire si cela est Ă  changer. - Ă©viter absolument l’agence de location de vĂ©los de Pons : gĂ©rant incompĂ©tent et de mauvaise foi - se mettre d’accord avec les personnes en charge de l’entretien de la propriĂ©tĂ© pour un crĂ©neau de passage prĂ©cis (piscine)

Des vacances réussies

Maison spacieuse, moderne, pratique et trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e. On s'y sent tout de suite bien. Les lits sont trĂšs confortables et grands. Piscine et jardin idĂ©aux pour passer de bons moments en famille. On n'a pas eu beaucoup de chance avec la mĂ©tĂ©o mais on a malgrĂ© tout pu profiter de nos vacances. Pas mal d activitĂ©s dans la rĂ©gion qui ont permis d'occuper tout le monde mĂȘme les jours de pluie.

Jolie propriété confortable et bien équipée

AgrĂ©able sĂ©jour dans cette jolie propriĂ©tĂ© malgrĂ© quelques nuisances (aboiements de jour comme de nuit par meute de chiens d’un voisin chasseur) et quelques dĂ©rangements de maintenances (tonte et entretien de la surface total du terrain) durant notre semaine nous obligeant Ă  libĂ©rer les lieux et nous privant ainsi d’une journĂ©e sur notre sĂ©jour. La piscine chauffĂ©e est magnifique mais sans sĂ©curitĂ©? et le tapis vĂ©tuste pour couvrir le bassin est difficile Ă  dĂ©rouler puis Ă  enrouler chaque jour. Il y a beaucoup de choses Ă  voir et Ă  visiter dans la rĂ©gion, le bilan est donc plutĂŽt positif.

Es ist ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus. Die Ausstattung im Haus ist gut, es feht an nichts. Der Außenbereich ist weitlĂ€ufig. Die Kunststoffmöbel im Garten passen nicht zu dem schönen Ambiente. Vermisst haben wir Sitzauflagen fĂŒr die KunststoffstĂŒhle und die Auflagen fĂŒr die Gartenliegen mĂŒĂŸten erneuter werden.

Mooie vakantiewoning

Goed uitgeruste en mooie vakantiewoning in een leuke, rustige omgeving voor een gezin met 7 personen. Airco en tv in elke kamer. Mooie tuin met zwembad. 7 fietsen ter beschikking. Goed onthaal. Onze vragen werden vlot opgevangen door Marie-Yves en Xavier, die in de omgeving wonen en die de eigenaars bijstaan in het onderhoud van de woning. Dit was een aangenaam verblijf.
