In the heart of the Breton marshes, surrounded by nature, complete relaxation. This former detached barn, completely renovated with passion, is located near the owners' house, in the heart of the typical Breton marshlands. A pond at the foot of the gîte's terrace (partially secured), which is shared by the owners, and an unfenced outdoor space of 1 hectare, with superb views of the marshes. A small private terrace off the kitchen. Secure parking with an electric gate.
Ground floor: living room with an open, workshop-style kitchen (induction hob).
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms each with a shower room/toilet (1: 160x200 cm bed, 2: 3 90x190 cm beds). A washing machine and dryer are located in an outdoor area.
Above-ground pool shared with the owners, open from May to September 15th.
Amenities included: Wi-Fi, pinball machine, DVD player, radio/CD player, and baby equipment.
Not included: Electric heating, electricity, sheets (€48 for a double bed and €23 for each single bed), towels (€25 per person), mandatory cleaning fee (€85), and tourist tax.
