My concern was getting in and out of the shower. Someone with disabilities or elderly would have a very difficult time accessing the shower as the bathtub is very high and there are no grab bars.

Young male at reception was lazy, disinterested & unhelpful. Female reception staff, and restaurant staff were all excellent ! Rooms are basic, but perfectly clean. Restaurant food was pleasing. Poor sleep because lights on the air-conditioning, above the bed, were bright and disturbing. Also, either the glass panels or something in the ceiling squeeked through the night.

Property has bee recently renovated, quite lovely. Can't beat the location, literally a walk from Vilnius airport. But room selection can be misleading. An upgrade is required to get a queen bed instead of twins. Also A/C is only available for "business class". Be very careful selecting a room rate!
